Recruit an apprentice

Apprenticeships are a great way to create a pipeline for your family tree, and help us bring a new talent into the industry. Lifetime Training will advertise your vacancy and provide you with candidates.

There are no age restrictions on who you can recruit - it can be a school-leaver aged 16 and over, or somebody looking to retrain and join a different industry!

To be Eligible

The candidate should be aged between 16-65.
The shop has to provide a minimum of 28 hours per week.
The Apprentice must be placed on the apprenticeship contract.

How the Process Works

Lifetime Training will advertise the vacancy, pre-screen the applicants, arrange an interview with you.

Your Lifetime Training trainer will be in touch once the apprentice has started work, to arrange their induction.
